Development effort is exclusive of any time spent performing technical maintenance of the production or staging sites.
Technical maintenance of the servers is included in the base prices.
Technical maintenance includes modifications to configurations to support changes in the intranet infrastructure, time spent diagnosing and fixing problems with server hardware or OS configurations, diagnosing and fixing configuration problems for installed/supported software on the machines in the production facility.
